Atori from Noein, part of Ani-Monday on the Sci-fi channel.
I like this character, especially his voice...so creepy. I couldn't fix the legs so now it's just a black blob of nothing. Noein is a really good anime. I would recommend it.

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
